We've heard from so many adopters about how well their pups are adjusting to home life, so we just had to share!
Daisy and Marley turned 9, and their family went all out! Check out the sunglasses and decorations they had. Happy birthday, pups! Here's to many more years of love and happiness with your family!
King is living like a king with his new family. They love him and his silly antics. He's the sweetest boy, and they are over the moon in love!
Twinkie was one of our hospice pups, but the family fell in love and adopted her on the spot. When it seemed like she was getting too ill to live, her family made the difficult decision for her to cross the rainbow bridge. However, just an hour before the appointment, Twinkie started to eat and has been thriving ever since. Love heals!
Frankie's family loves how funny he is now that he feels so safe in a loving home. They even brought him to Brightview to visit her father, and he was a huge hit! They are now going to make it a regular outing and call it Frankie Fridays!
Layla found a sibling in Koda, and their growing bond is a highlight for the family. Layla also recently learned how to jump off a pier and swim. She loved it! Her family describes her as a big ray of sunshine in their home.
Casper found love with the family that previously adopted Rambo. His passing was a tremendous loss for them, and the pain never fully heals. They decided they were ready to adopt again and came back to SDS! Casper is now living the life with this beautiful family, and recently took a trip to the beach. He was in awe and had a blast!
Thank you to all the families who take a chance on a senior dog. Giving them a loving home increases their lifespan and brings such joy. Keep the pup updates coming! We love them!
