Living Savior Lutheran Church is hosting their Annual DMV Young Adult Gathering this Saturday, May 2nd, from 11am to 3pm. The Gathering will take place at Living Savior (5500 Ox Road, Fairfax Station, VA 22039). Pizza will be provided. Bring your favorite snack, side, or beverage. One of our Young Adults, Brigitta, has successfully defended her doctoral dissertation and is now officially Dr. Brigitta Jones! All are invited to the celebration on Saturday, May 16th, from 2pm to 4pm in the Fellowship Hall. There will be light refreshments and guests are welcome to come and go as they please. Once we finish our study on Esther, we'll move on to a new study. Join us on Sundays at 11:45am in Room 23.

All are invited to partake in a divine gathering on Sunday, May 24th at 10am, unveiling a glimpse of heaven itself as our diverse congregations unite to honor the Lord and rejoice in the wondrous acts of the Holy Spirit on Pentecost.

Following the worship service, we will enjoy fellowship and a meal together. Kindly bring a dish to contribute to our communal feast.

On June 7th, at both the 8am and 10:30am services, we will be honoring those who are graduating from high school, college, graduate school, trade school, apprenticeship programs, and the like. We will be offering a blessing and a small gift to all those registered. If you are graduating, we want to celebrate you! Please register by May 31st!

God is on the move! ALL are invited to the Mission Sharing Event on Sunday, June 7th from 9:15am to 10:15am in the Fellowship Hall. DCE Alex will be sharing about her recent Mission Trip with pictures, videos, and stories. Come hear all about how God is at work overseas!

On Sunday, June 14th, instead of our usual worship times, we will have one Worship Service at 9:30am followed by a Voter's Assembly in the Sanctuary. We will be covering ministry updates, BOSL members, budget, and other important matters affecting our church. Come and be a part of this important meeting with the Prince of Peace family.

We need YOUR help at Vacation Bible School! VBS is June 22nd-26th, 2026, and the theme is Rainforest Falls! All adults and students entering Grades 7 and up in the Fall of 2026 are invited to volunteer at VBS. You do not need to be a Prince of Peace member to volunteer. We have MANY volunteer roles and opportunities to serve during VBS week. The more volunteers we have, the more kids we are able to accept into VBS. Register to volunteer today!

The DMV Lutherans are a group of LCMS Lutherans ages 21-35 from LCMS churches in the greater DMV area meeting for social and service activities. They are holding a Guinness Brewery Event on Saturday, June 27th. More details will be available soon on the DMV Lutherans website linked below.
