Senate Acts to Reverse ACCII, ACT and Omnibus
The Senate intends to take up the three Congressional Review Act (CRA) reviews of California’s waivers for ACC II, ACT and Omnibus.

EnergIIZE Commercial Vehicles (MDHD ZEV Infrastructure Incentive Block Grant
- Incentives for zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) infrastructure equipment for medium- and heavy-duty (MDHD) battery-electric and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles operated and domiciled in California.
- Applications will be primarily scored on project readiness with additional points available for publicly available or shared EV charging or hydrogen fueling stations and projects that demonstrate significant community support.
- Incentive Amount Available: $30 million

Cummins Continues to Innovate
- Cummins is continuing to invest billions of dollars to innovate and develop cleaner, more advanced and efficient technologies.
- Advancements in fuel injection systems, turbo chargers, after treatment and controls, have reduced NOx and particulate emissions by more than 98 percent.
- Many power solutions will be in the mix for a long time because no single solution will meet our broader goals. These include diesel, biodiesel blends, natural gas and hydrogen engines, as well as battery electric, fuel cell and hybrid solutions.

ISeeCars Survey
iSeeCars analyzed1 million cars sold at 3 years of age and found:
- The 20 cheapest cars to drive include the Mitsubishi Mirage, Nissan Versa, Kia Soul, Toyota Corolla and Toyota Camry.
- The 20 most expensive cars to drive include the Porsche 911, Mercedes-Benz SL Class, Lexus LC 500 Convertible, Chevrolet Corvette and BMW M5.
- The study included some other extraordinary information.

Nuclear is finally “Green!”
