Coming Up at Sherwood:

Field day is an exciting event for our kids, and without your help it wouldn't be successful! There are several ways you can help. There are shifts throughout the day from 8am - 2pm for outdoor events and between 10:45-2:45 for Snowie. If you are able to work multiple shifts that is great!
If you are unable to help during the day, we are also looking for families to purchase water balloons and fill up and deliver before school. Additionally, we will need cornhole boards for the day.
Outdoor activity times are:
Grades 1, 2, 3, AM-K
9:45am - 11:00am
Grade 6
11:15am - 12:30pm
Full Day K, 4 and 5
1:15pm - 2:30pm

Thank you for all of your help! If any questions, please contact Tracy McMonigle at

Sports Physicals for current 6th graders and older

In order for your student athlete to participate in athletics at Nagel, your student athlete must have a valid physical examination on file in the training room and be registered in Final Forms. Your student athlete will NOT be allowed to try out on the first day of tryouts or participate on the first day of practice if on a non-tryout team without a valid physical on file.
See PDF below for details on the $20 Physicals being provided by Mercy Health on June 1. This is a walk-in event; no need for an appointment. To attend the event, please bring the physical packet from the PDF below as well as a signed consent form.
This is not a mandatory event. This is a service provided to the community to make things a bit easier on the families in the community.  If your preference is to complete the examination with your personal physician, please do so. They need to complete pages 3 and 4 in the OHSAA packet.
