*Thank you to all of the individuals and congregations who participated in the Ascension Sunday service. It was very moving to see the diversity of voices and gifts from across the diocese. I am especially grateful to Fr. Chris Duncan and the communications staff at St. James', Baton Rouge.

*Next week, we will be joined by Ms. Katie Mears from Episcopal Relief and Development. She will discuss hurricane preparedness in the midst of the pandemic.  

*Fr. Jay Angerer spoke to HB334.  Attached here are resources on how you can get involved in speaking against this legislation.

*The meeting with Treasurers and Wardens will be Thursday, June 4 at 11:00am.  Zoom instructions will be emailed to them in advance of the gathering. However, please let them know about this meeting and to be on the lookout for additional communications from us.
