Continuum of Care System Performance
Measure Rankings
The National Homelessness Information Project  completed its 2018 Rankings for all Continuums of Care, calculated from the six key system performance measures from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Based on their analysis, the Kentucky Balance of State Continuum of Care (KY BoS CoC) was a high performer with the second highest rating out of 44 Balance of State/Statewide CoCs nationwide ! This speaks to the dedication of KY BoS CoC member agencies in serving the most vulnerable Kentuckians and quickly linking them to housing solutions. Thanks to everyone for their continued hard work!
KYHMIS ART 640 Report
Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) is aware of the issues agencies are experiencing when running their Data Quality Framework (ART 640) reports for the Kentucky Homeless Management Information System (KYHMIS). The vendor advised us that they will be putting the ART 640 report into ServicePoint as a canned report (similar to the Annual Performance Report (APR), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Consolidated Annual Performance, and Evaluation Report (CAPER)) in the next few months, and this issue will be fixed.

In the meantime, we recommend that you use the APR or ESG CAPER located in the Reports section of ServicePoint for your bi-monthly Data Quality submissions. Please make sure you are submitting them in PDF format. We apologize for this inconvenience and realize you may need additional support with resolving data quality errors.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please submit a ticket to KHC's  Housing Contract Administration (HCA) Help Desk.
KYHMIS Training Requirement
Every year, all KYHMIS users are required to complete the Annual Refresher Training. This year the training is via webinar with four options to attend. All four trainings will share the same content; therefore, you are only required to participate in one. Please use the links below to register for your preferred date and time.
If you have any questions, please contact the HCA Help Desk
ESG CAPER Report Training
KHC's Data and Reporting Team is excited to announce a new ESG CAPER Report training video for our partner agencies to view, which will aid in the ESG Reporting process. The training video can be found on the HCA Help Desk. As a reminder, the ESG Report Contact person will be receiving the link(s) for data submission to SAGE along with reporting instructions to submit each ESG CAPER report in SAGE at the end of the reporting period. The deadline for agencies to submit their ESG CAPER reports in SAGE will be close of business on Wednesday, July 15, 2020. This will allow KHC's Data and Reporting team to review and request any necessary corrections before the final submission to HUD.

Agencies with questions, comments, or concerns, please email those to KYHMISReporting@kyhousing.org or submit a ticket on the HCA Help Desk.
