Greater Northside Management District

Dear GNMD Friend,
We are so proud of all that is happening in the Greater Northside Management District. Thank you to everyone that has supported community cleanups, beautification efforts, art installations and more. In addition, the Driving Jensen Project is becoming a reality.
Driving Jensen: Moving From Plan to Action is a partnership between the Community Design Resource Center at the University of Houston, the Houston Northeast CDC, GNMD and CRATE Houston. This project brings artists, students, designers, city planners and real estate professionals together with community-based organizations, neighborhood leaders, youth and stakeholders to develop four distinct, but related projects: Animate, Collaborate, Advocate and Celebrate.
Animate (the first project) is to design and develop a series of public art installations that celebrate the rich history and culture of Jensen Drive. All of this is becoming a reality through a grant that we received from the Local Initiatives Support Corporation. Thank you to so many people who are making this project happen, including Greater Northside Management District board member, Pastor David L. Smith!
We are proud of our Greater Northside Management District community and thank you for all your support! Don't forget to #ShopNorthside and #SupportLocal!
Sincerely,
Rebecca Reyna
Executive Director
#NorthsideStrong

Your copy should address 3 key questions: Who am I writing for? (Audience) Why should they care? (Benefit) What do I want them to do here? (Call-to-Action)
Create a great offer by adding words like "free" "personalized" "complimentary" or "customized." A sense of urgency often helps readers take an action, so think about inserting phrases like "for a limited time only" or "only 7 remaining!"
