Salutatorian: Megan Anton '20

Megan Anton was selected as the Salutatorian and will give the welcome address at Graduation. She said two qualities of the class of 2020 stand out about all others: Love and Resiliency.
"This is a really difficult situation that no one’s ever had to go through,” Megan said. “And I’m really proud of our class for being able to ‘just keep swimming’ and still finding ways to communicate and connect with one another.” Read article
Dear Students and Families:

The yearbook students have been hard at work finishing the yearbook. Thank you to everyone who responded to our questions and asks for photos. This might end up being our best book yet, and given the events of this year, this is one book you do not want to miss!

Herff Jones who prints our books at their Kansas plant had to shut down yearbook production during the shelter at home period. They were able to restart production this past week.

Although we are uncertain about when and how distribution will take place, we will provide details as soon as they are available.

Meanwhile, please continue to take care of yourselves.

Stay safe,
Carondelet 2020 Yearbook Staff

Parking Permits

Parking permit requests are now being accepted. Rising juniors and seniors will be able to access the permit request link via our Parking Permit webpage .

On-campus parking is a privilege for many of our juniors and seniors. For the 2020-21 school year, we will be giving priority to our senior students with carpools, followed by single-rider seniors, juniors with carpools, and single-rider juniors, in that order. This system is in place so that we can accommodate as many students as possible in our parking lot.

Please note this is not a first-come, first-served application process. All applications before the deadline will be considered.

Please send any parking questions to Caitlin Main , Dean of Students.
Melissa LaFrades '22 shows us how to make a face-covering mask at home for Try It Tuesday. She says, "trying something new helps us break out of routine. It helps us learn more about ourselves and our interests."
Ms. Koski has been busy during the shelter at home making masks that she delivers to family, friends, and businesses that need them. This week she is also delivering materials to her Costume/Fashion Design students to complete their Final Projects.
Staying Connected through Morning Prayers
Joyful Creator,

Today our prayer is simple -

We ask that you reveal to us the things that bring us joy.

Help us to be aware of the things that make us smile, laugh, and feel happiness.

This is the light we need to be aware of during these dark times,

and we pray we recognize You in those moments. Amen

St. Joseph: Pray for us. God is my light.

In the name of the Creator, the Redeemer, and of the Sustainer. Amen.

Have a great morning and be the light in someone’s life today.
Technology Support - Students may submit a ticket and request support with resources such as their iPads, software systems like Schoology, Google Suite, etc.  Request tech help.
