Board Election Results

With 91 (out of 808 possible) ballots cast, the board  election  results are in! This year we had three candidates for three open seats. In no particular order, the three board members elect are:
  • Julie Alkatout (parent)
  • Nic Ludwig (parent, returning board member)
  • Jenneke Oosterhoff (community member, returning board member)
Each candidate brings great qualifications and different strengths to the board work. We are grateful for our new board members' commitment to the school and our students.

Additionally, TCGIS and the school board members thank Wolfgang Koch, Fabian Liesner, and Christine VeLure Roholt for their service on the TCGIS school board. Each held multiple roles and gave countless hours toward our school's success and our children's learning. As they roll off the board, we know they will continue to contribute to education (and TCGIS) in meaningful ways. Danke!

Send Our Teachers and Staff Away AND Get a TCGIS Car Magnet!!

Thanks to your support during Give to the Max and beyond, we've already covered our intern expenses for next academic year!  But we still have a $26,000 shortfall in our $100,000 goal. If you haven't yet contributed to TCGIS this year, please consider helping to close the gap! This $26,000 will be specifically earmarked for professional development expenses for our teachers, staff and EAs and will cover program costs and travel expenses.  A minimum donation of $10 gets you a cool car magnet and will make it possible to send them away for valuable training and development!

Does Your Employer Match Charitable Giving?
