Hello Again,
I hope you all are doing well and finding ways to stay busy and keep your mind off of Covid-19. This epidemic has definitely thrown us into a different way of life, whether we wanted it or not.
It was fun seeing all of your faces on our first Zoom SUDS, thank you to Bonnie and Sandi who organized the Zoom Girl’s Night In and also had a trivia contest. I am so happy so many of you tried it and learned a new way to communicate.
This leads me into our first Zoom business meeting, which will be held on Wednesday May 6
th at 12:00PM. We will start the meeting a little early (11:45) for those of you who would like to chat a bit and familiarize yourself with Zoom before the actual meeting begins. There are directions in the eblast and also a short video to help you out. Kim Huber and Joyce Brown have set this up and made it extremely easy to use, but if you are still having difficulties please reach out to myself or Joyce.
After the Business meeting, Joyce will send an e-mail with the motions that need to be voted on in Survey Monkey and you will have 24 hours to vote. The motions will be in the eblast to give you time to familiarize yourself with them. If you have questions regarding any of the motions, you can reach out to the co-chairs, before or right after the meeting for further explanation. It is very important that everyone votes, we have to have at least 34 votes for the vote to be valid.
