Sea To Believe Zoo Luminate

Zoo Luminate continues this month! The entire Zoo, including the train route, is decorated with fantastic, illuminated lanterns. Some of them are games, some are animatronic, and all of them are beautiful!

There are plenty of delicious options available to eat and drink at The Lodge and Farmhouse Café to make your evening even better.

Tickets for people ages 15+ are $22 per person. Tickets for children ages 3-14 are $18 per person. Zoo Members can receive discounted admission of $18 for adults and $14 for children at the gate. Babies 2 and under are free. A discounted four-pack of two adult tickets and two child tickets is also available for $70.

Visit Zoo Luminate Wednesdays through Sundays, 7-11 pm, through June 28 to enjoy this spectacular Chinese lantern event that’s a treat for the senses.

A Hoppy Adopt!

We’re delighted to jump into a partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northern Indiana Corridor! Their new mascot, Blu, is a blue dart frog, so we named one of our blue dart frogs Blu!

The blue dart frog adopt includes a blue dart frog stuffed animal wearing a Boys & Girls Club bandana, a fact sheet about Blu the mascot and the Boys & Girls Club along with a fact sheet about blue dart frogs, and a blue dart frog adoption certificate. And since we’re splitting the proceeds from each adopt 50/50, your adopt helps support the Zoo and Boys & Girls Clubs too!

Thanks to Leep Family

Our thanks to the Leep Automotive Family Foundation’s support of the Zoo’s Educational Assistance Program (EAP), an additional 2,000 students will attend the Zoo on field trips this year at no cost.

In addition to covering admission for these students, the Leep Automotive Family Foundation scholarship will provide attraction tickets, educational programming, and a snack bag for each student.

All EAP scholarships have all been awarded for the 2026 season. The application will open again at the beginning of 2027.

Don't Miss An Animal Encounter

Have you encountered the wild at the Potawatomi Zoo this year? We have a variety of up-close animal encounters to make your Zoo visit even more impactful. Feed and train the otters, meet the capybaras and anteaters behind-the-scenes, feed the flamingos, or shower the Galapagos tortoises! Each encounter includes an opportunity to talk to a zoo keeper and learn more about the animals, plus interactive activities with the animals. These unique experiences can be scheduled on our website.
