Dear Brewster Day Camp Families,

I hope that you are doing well and staying healthy!

We will continue to provide our Camp Family with helpful and precise information about our plans as we move closer towards the summer.  While the situation is shifting on a daily basis across the country, BDC's outlook remains stable.

Two weeks ago, we sent a COVID-19 Policy Update postponing our deadline for tuition payments and schedule changes. Since then, Massachusetts' Gov. Baker has extended the mandated closure of non-essential businesses.

With this extension in mind, o ur goal is to provide increased flexibility for families and more time to make thoughtful and safe summer plans. Therefore, we are extending our May 15th deadline for  tuition payments and schedule changes, for a refund, to June 1st.

We understand that mandated closures and stay-at-home instructions currently extend past this June 1st deadline, in certain states. We will re-assess this new June 1st deadline for  tuition payments and  schedule changes, for a refund, as we approach the end of Massachusetts' current directives. We will provide additional information about this policy over the next few weeks.

Please know that we take our role very seriously and are closely monitoring the situation. We are receiving information and recommendations from our state and local health departments, the American Camp Association, and our own network of medical professionals. This information is critical to us and we will continue to keep you apprised of our plans moving forward.

Sending you all tons of Courage, Hope, Good Spirit & Peace!
