This month, the Chamber is gearing up for the beach concert series, Memorial Day celebration, and other summer events. We hope you join us for our membership meeting at noon Thursday, May 19, at Grace Lutheran Church, 501 S Main St., Oconto Falls. All registered members are encourage to attend. We will be networking and discussing Chamber business.

Mark your calendars!

The free Music by the River Series at the East Side Oconto Falls Beach will take place on three Friday nights this summer. We'll need volunteers to work the event, so please consider participating in this festive community event.
Concerts begin at 6pm.

Leadership Oconto County participants celebrated graduation with a retreat/team building session, program recap, and graduation celebration.

The Oconto Falls Chamber is a proud sponsor of Leadership Oconto County. The goal of the leadership program is to build a pool of citizens with broad knowledge of the ideas, issues and concerns faced by our local communities.

Memorial Day Weekend Celebration
Celebrate Memorial Day weekend in Oconto Falls!
All weekend: Carnival, food stands, softball tournament Saturday: Dash OF Color, live music and fireworks Sunday: Car show
Monday: Memorial Day ceremony at 10; parade at 12:30
Dash OF Color is a fun 2+ mile event sponsored by the Oconto Falls Lioness Club with proceeds benefitting the community. The dash begins at 9am Saturday, May 28.
Abrams Spotlight Productions Inc. will present “The Foreigner” a two-act comedy, June 16-19 and 23-26 at the Nancy Byng Community Theater, 5852 Maple St., Abrams. Tickets are on sale now.
 
The story takes place in a Georgia fishing lodge where two Englishmen, Froggy and Charlie, are guests. When people at the lodge try to talk to Charlie, he remains silent and claims to not understand English. The lodge's guests begin revealing their secrets, and Charlie discovers their scandals.

We are proud of our accomplishments to make the Oconto Falls area the best place to work, play, shop, live, and learn!

Here's what the Chamber has been up to:
  • Developing a trail system with new and renovated paths
  • Hosting the annual Run for the Trails event
  • Supporting the pickleball court resurfacing project and dog park construction
  • Offering a free concert series, “Music by the River”
  • Partnering with local organizations for the community health and safety expo
  • Sponsoring the city’s welcome signs, American flag project, Highway 22 project, Leadership Oconto County
  • Getting signage for ATV/UTV/Fat Tire Bike trails, points of interest
  • Painting the smokestack at ST Paper
  • Adding new bike racks to public locations
