This course delves into the provisions of the Texas Real Estate License Act and the Rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission as they pertain to the proper use of the TREC promulgated and approved forms. Topics include when the forms must be used, when they may be used, and when their use is not required. This course will hone the skills necessary for agents to provide that service. Other topics include when an offer becomes a contract, when an offer may be withdrawn, how to handle multiple offers, and more.
