When Anxiety Feels Overwhelming: A Mental Health Resource for Your Corps

May is Mental Health Awareness Month: a timely opportunity to explore a practical resource from the team at Comox Valley, led by Majors Kevin and Michelle Elsasser, Colleen Holden and Brent Hobden. Videos, a facilitator guide, participant workbook and more will arm volunteers, staff and community members to recognize signs of mental health distress and be prepared to respond with care.

Alpha: A Story of Transformation

Marie Caillouette first encountered Jesus through Alpha while in prison, and today she is helping create space for others to explore faith and encounter Christ.
