Darrell George Senior Advisor Mr. Darrell George is a Senior Advisor with Kosmont Companies and brings over 30 years of experience in local government. He's held numerous positions in the cities of Santa Monica, Downey, and Pomona, and for the past 15 years had been the City Manager for the City of Duarte from which he retired in December 2019. Mr. George spearheaded successful projects during his tenure in the public sector, like Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade, Downey's landmark Downey Landing, Duarte's Gold Line Station and laying the groundwork for the City of Hope's future campus development of over 1 million square feet.  Mr. George holds a Bachelor of Science from Univ. of Massachusetts; Master of Planning from University of Southern California. Kathleen Rebentisch Senior Project Analyst / Project Manager Ms. Kathleen Rebentisch is a Senior Project Analyst/Project Manager with Kosmont Companies. She supports both public and private sector clients with financial/market analyses, strategic planning, and feasibility studies. Ms. Rebentisch previously worked for a global financial services company, a Fortune 500 subsidiary, and held positions in the commercial finance division, serving retail and wholesale customers. She provided lease and loan solutions to finance commercial equipment and real property. Ms. Rebentisch led teams with responsibilities including financial modeling and analytics, credit review, portfolio analysis, due diligence, operations, compliance, customer care and project management. She has also provided advisory services in the public finance sector, assisting public entities in California with the issuance of both short and long-term financing.
