Young Leaders
What a great last day with our Young Leaders. They spent the morning volunteering at Feed America and then we ended with a luncheon where we recognized their journey to becoming leaders in our community. A big thanks to all our sponsors that joined us for lunch today and spent some time congratulating the Young Leaders. A scholarship was also presented based on their essay to Nelson County High School student Ariana McCalla.

Featured Distinguished Member of the Month
Lincoln National Bank

The Bardstown-Nelson County Chamber of Commerce would like to recognize Lincoln National Bank as the Featured Distinguished Member of the Month.

At Lincoln National Bank, hometown banking is a tradition. Lincoln National Bank opened on July 2, 1930 and now serves Nelson and Larue Counties with five convenient locations. Over 90 years, we have taken great pride in being a strong community bank that serves the banking needs of individuals, families and businesses with a wide range of personal and commercial banking opportunities. Our relationships with our friends and neighbors are the true measure of our success. Our employees enjoy cultivating and strengthening those relationships through the opportunities provided by the Bardstown-Nelson County Chamber of Commerce. We are committed to serving our community while connecting with and supporting fellow businesses for many years to come! Please visit mylnb.com to learn more.
WBRT & WOKH

The Bardstown-Nelson County Chamber of Commerce would like to recognize WBRT & WOKH as the Featured Distinguished Member of the Month.

It has been full speed ahead so far in 2022 for the Bardstown Radio Team’s WOKH and WBRT. We enjoyed hosting our Chamber Connect with our new friends at La Quinta Inn and Suites.  Such a great turnout and great fun! So much that La Quinta Inn and Suites have asked us to partner with them again next year for another March Madness Chamber Connect.

We have been honored to be asked by many of our businesses and industries to help them with job recruitment.  We know this is a tough challenge right now, but radio is the best way to expand that search.  Radio’s benefits include being able to connect 7 days a week with people in the listening area. Our reach includes not only Nelson County, but also Marion and Washington counties.  If you are looking for great employees please consider using the benefits of radio’s reach and delivery of your message frequently.

Fun times and important times ahead as WBRT will host the Bardstown Kiwanis Club’s Annual Radio Auction on June 12th.  This project has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars that are used by the Bardstown Kiwanis Club to support our community’s youth.  If your business would like to be a part of this charitable event by donating a product, service, or gift certificate please contact us at WBRT and we will have a Kiwanis member connect with you.

As Spring rolls into Summer you can expect to see and hear WBRT and WOKH out in the community with live remotes at events, businesses, and attractions.  We have lots of great prizes to give away again this year. If your business wants to boost your traffic and exposure it is as easy as making one phone call to the Bardstown Radio Team at 502 348 3943.
