This year’s Strategic Leadership Summit advances the National Alliance’s priorities to accelerate employer-led healthcare market transformation—driving greater transparency and more direct approaches to healthcare contracting. No single organization can change the market. But when employers align around expectations for market and policy change, their shared voice becomes a powerful force to redefine value and accountability. The discounted room block ends on May 15, so secure your spot today!

Women’s health in the workplace has been sidelined for too long and the high cost to employers is undeniable. On June 10, the National Alliance is bringing employers, HR professionals, and subject matter experts together to address issues that can no longer be ignored. From menopause and childbirth to major life‑stage transitions and the growing influence of GLP‑1s.

This session explores the persistent disparities in maternal health outcomes for women of color and the systemic, clinical, and social factors driving those inequities. Attendees will gain insight into how bias, access to care, care quality, and social determinants impact maternal outcomes and why employers and benefit leaders have a critical role in advancing equitable maternal health benefits, support programs, and care navigation solutions.

We’ve opened our 2026 Pulse of the Purchaser survey! The National Alliance and its members are conducting our annual survey of employers/purchasers to learn current perspectives, concerns and insights to address workforce environment, healthcare affordability, benefit design approaches, and health and wellbeing strategies.

We invite employers to take the survey (should only take about 15 minutes) and encourage coalition members to share with employers! Contact Amanda Green with any questions.
