Zippo Given is occasionally seen in Salt Lake bookstores on slow days and sometimes in the back row of a literary event. His mother was a psychic healer and the family moved around busking her talents, mostly in western states. Zippo returned to Salt Lake City where he had become enchanted by a bookstore. He loves the mountains, bourbon, and plastics. His reading interests include Gothic Horror, prosey cookbooks, and dense nearly comprehensible works. Since his youth, he has collected books. He will not admit how many he owns.
Mr. Given has agreed to give the Collector’s Chat during our Collectors Book Salon on May 31st. Securing his commitment him was difficult. We don’t know what he will choose to share.
