Fred Kobak passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving children. The Kobak Family have made the following arrangements and hope that you will share this information as needed with other friends and community members.

Given how many lives Fred touched in his 87 years (and 54 years practicing medicine), we will be having a visitation for the extended Valpo/Porter County community on Tues. May 31 from 12:30-3:30pm at Bartholomew’s Funeral Home, 102 Monroe St. Valparaiso.

Funeral services will follow the visitation at Bartholomew's, beginning at 4:00pm. If you are unable to attend in person, you can listen via the below zoom link:
