Dear Ministry Partner,

Greetings to you all with a prayer of Psalm 9 and 140 for our nations.

May the God Almighty dwell among us; that all be protected from evil doers.

Early this new year the military dictatorship declared martial law in several areas including Chin state and Kayah state where most populations are Christians. Since then, the number of killing of innocent people increased, and the work of humanitarian aids became limited. It has been a big challenge for the Kingdom ministry also.

While the unrest circumstances continue in other parts of the country, I had opportunity to lead seminars on God’s Financial Principles in my former Bible college. Thirty-two students and teachers attended. It was a blessing and a great help to the final year students, especially for them to train others in the ministry they will become involved in. It gives them courage for when they go home to lead the seminar. Praise the Lord!

I also had a chance to lead a seminar on “Seven Pictures of Christian Leadership 2 Tim. 2” to twelve pastors and missionaries in my church. It is very simple to understand from the bible, but a very powerful message and challenging, especially to young pastors and leaders. It touches on the life of pastors. Praise the Lord!

The CCI Myanmar Team are all doing well and are safe. May the Lord our God be highly honored and glorified forever!

Testimony From a Student

"I grew up in a faithful Christian family. My parents are very strict in the Christian faith. So, Sunday school class and worship service were a must for their children. That was where we learned bible stories. It helped me grow in my Christian life. I was even promoted to be a leader in the church and realized the way I understand the Bible was not enough. I didn’t know how to study the bible by myself, so I did a distance bible course. However, I was not satisfied with it. Only after I started a CCI class and studied Book 1: “Interpreting the Bible”, were my eyes opened and I understood the Bible even more. Thank you Lord!"

Prayer Requests & Praises

Praise points:

My mother-in-law is improving and doesn’t need further treatment.
For His provision and protection upon the family members of CCI-Myanmar.

Prayer points:

Training classes in February and graduation.
Pray for my children’s final exams and that their graduation will go well.
Pray for persecuted churches in Kayah state, Chin State and other parts in the country. That their daily needs will be supplied and that they will firmly stand in the Lord.
Pray that God will give me a favor to get USA visa, as I will apply soon.
Five CCI teachers and area leaders are desperately in need of motorbikes for ministry. Please pray for the Lord's provision.
The travel expenses of area leaders to south central Myanmar. We will have a leadership seminar from March 7-9.
