Dear Adam,

What an amazing May we are having! We just celebrated our 32nd Spring Walk to Build, and as I am writing this we are getting our new Home Build house set on its foundation! The ReStore is launching the first of its Monthly Mini Auctions, and we are now selling affordable paint. We're excited to share more information about all of this with you.

OUR 2025 SPRING WALK TO BUILD WAS A GREAT SUCCESS!

We had over 200 registered walkers and raised over $50,000 for our Critical Home Repair Program and our Home Build Program! We are so grateful to everyone who participated in this year's walk, from business sponsors and donors, to all who served as Team Captains to recruit walkers and donations for our work.

It's not too late to contribute to our walk. We have almost reached our goal of $55,000. We are accepting donations until May 30th.

SAVE THE DATE FOR NEXT YEAR'S WALK: SUNDAY, MAY 3, 2026

OUR 49TH HOME BUILD HOUSE HAS BEEN DELIVERED!

Check out this video of the home being set!

We are still reviewing potential applicants for the home. This would be an ideal home for a family of four with a gross annual household income of no more than $82,550. Please visit our website and read through the eligibility criteria closely. If you think you qualify, please contact Adam Lacher at 207-504-9332.

The ReStore is trying something new! We receive some amazing fine art and furniture donations over the course of the year. Instead of holding on to it all year and having one large auction in February, we have decided to do mini auctions each month. Our first Monthly Mini Auction is now live with 18 original, signed fine art pieces. The auction will run until Saturday, June 14th at 5:00 PM. Get your bids in today!

WE HAVE PAINT!

Think of us when you are decluttering and want your items to help our neighbors in need. You may drop off donations at the ReStore during regular business hours, Tuesday- Saturday, 10:00 AM- 5:00 PM.

Please consider making a donation to help our neighbors live in homes that are affordable, safe, warm, and dry!
