On April 17, 2020 over 40 HR professionals joined Scott Rosen from Rosen Group in a virtual open forum about ways to address stress for themselves and their employees during this unique and isolating time.

The one-hour event began and concluded with a brief centering meditation from Steve Cohen of Meditation4Leadership, and was filled with insights and ideas from HR leaders.

2020 HR Department of the Year Awards
COVID-19 Leadership Webinar

The 2020 HR Department of the Year Kick-off was held on May 21st. In light of the current pandemic, the focus of the event has pivoted to recognize and celebrate HR Departments on their perseverance and contributions during the pandemic.

Kristie Pappal, Vice President of HR for the Philadelphia Eagles, and Cam Hicks, Executive Officer and Corporate Vice President of HR from Teleflex spoke about how they are managing their crisis management strategies as well as their employee’s well-being. Click here to view the recording.

 Scott Rosen is currently offering coaching services to help HR leaders with their career goals.  He will act as an accountability and motivational partner and sounding board for planning and execution of your career goals.

Services Provided Include:

Looking for Contract Work
or a New Permanent HR Position?
We are always looking for individuals in the Human Resources industry who are interested in contract work or a new permanent HR position. Contract assignments can be anywhere from three to six months in length and some will lead to permanent positions. Positions are located
primarily in the tri-state area (PA, NJ, & NY) and we offer an attractive hourly rate to all of our contract workers.
