This month we celebrate the artistic talents of Kittitas Valley residents in our annual Kittitas County Open Show. With over 115 entries, we are amazed at the diverse and captivating creativity that surrounds us. We invite you to connect with us this Friday, May 5 at 5:00 p.m. during the First Friday opening reception, and don't forget to come back on June 2 when we announce the Open Show awards!

If great art exhibits aren't enough and you need just a little bit more (and who doesn't need more art), Gallery One has plenty of workshops and Art After School classes available. With options in clay, watercolor, tie dying, and more, we are certain you will find something fun to keep you busy. Our gift shop is also ready for Mother's Day visits with lots of artisan good from local and regional artists. Check out more below!

Kittitas County Open Show

We are pleased to again feature works of art by artists from Kittitas County in this annual all-media exhibition. This year's juror, Linley Logan, selected 115 works and will distribute $5000 in awards donated by local businesses and individuals. Awards will be announced during the First Friday reception on June 2.

Watercolor instruction for adults who wish to learn watercolor the right way from the beginning. Beginners and all skill levels welcome. Fun, warm and inclusive class atmosphere. Class content is balanced between technique and intuition. Cheryl emphasizes authenticity and color. Suitable for all skill levels.
