ANTIQUE RING RESTORE - A beloved antique diamond ring, having weathered much wear & tear over decades of use, lost its central yellow diamond. Wanting to restore the ring to its original beauty but having a fixed budget, Diamonds On The Key sourced and supplied a lovely faceted yellow sapphire, in a similar color tone to the yellow diamond, for the center focal gemstone. Damaged, delicate prongs were replaced and the entire ring received a new “rose gold” plating, to bring back the original metal color. The end result was a beautifully restored ring, as the recipient first remembered it, being handed down from her Mother In Law over 30 years ago!
PINKY RING - After receiving a stunning diamond tennis bracelet, designed by Diamonds On The Key, as an anniversary gift, this client decided she would prefer to have the length shortened for her extra small size wrist. With 4 diamonds removed (totaling 1 inch), a ring was suggested in which to set the removed diamonds. Always wanting a “pinky ring” this was now the perfect opportunity! A petite finger size 3 mounting was designed, cast in white gold, and the four diamonds were mounted. It pairs perfectly with her wedding rings! “Left over” diamonds can ALWAYS find a clever new home!
ELAVATED EARRINGS - Wanting to transform an existing pair of rose quartz gemstone earrings into a longer drop style with more movement, this client met with owner, Christina Termine and reviewed some archived jewelry images for inspiration. Diamonds and braided gold details were added to the existing pair, adding more sparkle and substance to the earrings. Another happy customer!
SAFETY CHAIN - In a panicked state, this client realized that BOTH of her signature black & white diamond bangle bracelets had fallen off her wrist while shopping!!! A Good Samaritan (luckily) found them and they were returned to their owner. NEVER a wanting to go through this experience again, she brought the bracelets to Diamonds On The Key, to reinforce the existing clasps, as well as supply 14 karat white gold safety chains, which would “catch” the bracelets as a secondary method, in case the clasps ever failed again or were not securely closed. During this process, the side edge surfaces of the bracelets were polished, to removed scratches and new white rhodium applied for brightness. The client now feels secure & safe wearing her signature bracelets again every day!
It was a beautiful afternoon, socializing (again!) and seeing many wonderful friends, at the Miami Women Who Rock's 7th annual event: The Fifty Shades of Pink Luncheon, held at the Coral Gables Biltmore Hotel.

I have had the pleasure of being nominated in past years and enjoyed celebrating & supporting local Woman who ROCK!
