Adult Ministry
Join our NEW Adult Small Group
8:15 - 10 am in the Fellowship Hall

This Saturday, May 1, we begin at 8:15 with a hot breakfast, introductions and fun! (Bring a joke to share.) At 9:00 am, we have Life Group Study & Discussion. This is a great opportunity to get to know your church family and friends and also to invite new people!
Wednesday Bible Study
1:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall

May 5th will begin our IN-PERSON BIBLE STUDY. Pastor Steve will lead a Bible Scripture Lesson for the upcoming sermon each week. If you have any questions, please reach out to Pastor Steve. We really hope you’ll make plans to be there!
Kids Ministry
Kids Sunday School
Sunday Mornings
9:30 & 11 am

We will be Digging In to some Epic Teachings of the Bible continuing to use a curriculum called Dig In during the 9:30 Contemporary Service AND the 11:00 Traditional Service.

We will meet downstairs each Sunday before services begin in the Welcome Center and then move to our rooms. We are finishing a group of lessons on the Fruits of the Spirit and will move to lessons about The Lord’s Prayer. I can’t wait to share this with you all!
Kids JAM - Jesus and Me
Monday Nights
6:30 - 7:30 pm

JAM meets Monday evenings from 6:30-7:30 pm downstairs in the LIME Room. Enter through the backdoor and head downstairs where we'll meet in the Welcome Center. We are using a curriculum called Simply Loved. Our Unit now is Joseph’s Story and our Bible point is God is good (no matter what). We’ve done several lessons using this curriculum and are loving it! Please note, there will be no JAM on Monday May 31 Memorial Day. Enjoy that time with your family.
If you have a child who would enjoy learning how to play boomwhackers, chimes and sing, we would love to hear from you! We are adding a new music group for kids to make new friends, have fun with music, and learn about worshipping God and sharing their gifts during Sunday morning services. Our children's and worship music leaders will be working with the kids!
Let’s JAM at Swaffy’s Ice Cream Shop on Monday May 24th at 6:30. I’ll provide the ice cream and KIDS enjoy the fun. We’ll plan to meet at Swaffy’s unless they are not yet open during the week. In that case, we will have ice cream and fellowship at the church. Invite a friend! Stay tuned!
Mother’s Day will be here before you know it. Join us Sunday May 9 as we celebrate Mothers and maybe your Mom can leave with a special gift. If you have any questions, contact Stacy at sfrancis@monroepres.com

Childrens Volunteers Needed for Sunday am
Do you love kids, watching their eyes light up with the love of Jesus and have an hour on Sunday morning to spare? REACH: Care for Others
Our focus this month for Purposeful:GIVING is to support the Summer Lunch Program. This money will help to buy supplies needed to make sack lunches for local school kids through the Mission Possible program. MPC will pick one week over the summer to make a lunch for about 40 kids everyday during that designated week. In April $125 was given for IHN PurposefulGIVING.
