North Florida's #1 Junior Player

Jacksonville's Moses Compaan has kicked it into high gear since his 2018 start on the NFJGTOUR. Seventeen first place finishes in over 50 events with over 30 top-10 finishes has earned him the #1 player title and exemptions into the Florida Junior Tour (FJT) and PBE Stars to American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) events. In the NFJGTOUR's 2020-2021 season Compaan has recorded scores under or even par in eight of his 10 rounds played with 21 birdies and a scoring average of 70.50. He has won on the Florida Junior Tour an is eager to compete in higher level golf opportunities while remaining on the NFJG TOUR.

As written in the Jacksonville Times Union on March 25, 2021- Justin Thomas' victory at the Stadium Course marked a key moment in the 14-year history of the Junior Players Championship: he's the first participant in the American Junior Golf Association's Junior Players Championship which began in 2007, to have won the PGA Tour's marquee event - THE PLAYERS

The NFJG TOUR’s “JUNIOR PLAYERS CUP” (JPC) will be a six tournament contest to identify the NFJG TOUR Player who will represent the North Florida Junior Golf Foundation and Tour in the 2021 American Junior Golf Association’s (AJGA) “JUNIOR PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP”.

Balance and Stability

Anyone who trains with Peak, from ages 8-80, knows that balance is a crucial component to performance and safety.

For our athletes, balance is what allows us to control our body and maintain proper form throughout a motion. Whether it is swinging a golf club, dribbling a soccer ball, or going up to bat, stability and postural control are required to maintain consistency in our bodily alignment through your athletic movement.

FLORIDA COAST JUNIOR RYDER CUP

The trip down south to Shula's Hotel and Golf Club in Miami Lakes was another feather in the NFJGTOUR cap as the weekend was filled with great competition and team spirit. This go around the Gold Coast took possession of the coveted traveling trophy with their fine play defeating the talented NFJG TOUR team by 3 points. The score is now 1-1 and In 2022 the Coast Cup comes back up to North Florida. Course to be determined. Congratulations to all our players and to the Gold Coast Golf Foundation for hosting this wonderful event.
