Apr 17 : Happy Wednesday! This morning's poem is from Ogden Nash, a respected American poet, in honor of the few snowflakes we got this morning. Winter ain't over in Grand County!

Apr 10 : Happy #WednesdayWisdom ! To continue our recognition of #nationalpoetrymonth , and to honor a great American poet who passed just last month, this is one of my favorite poems, about an adventure and finding (and losing) oneself in the mountains.

Apr 08 : A bounty of #mondaymotivation  from our newest board member Melinda McWilliams! We are #protectingthelandwelove  and
#protectingthewaterwelove  for the benefit of all, from the headwaters way up in the mountains all the way down to the ocean, thousands of river miles away.

Apr 03 : In honor of #nationalpoetrymonth , our #WednesdayWisdom  will be nature-related poems! This week's poem is from poet William E. Stafford. Embrace his imagery of the birds, the fields, the air, and let's welcome spring to the mountains, valleys, and pastures of Grand County! "I place my feet with care in such a world."

Apr 01 : The snow might be melting fast, but our sunrises are still something of which to be in awe. We protect this land for many reasons, not the least of which being the jaw-dropping views and sights to be seen without interruption of development.
