Clean Sweep Wrap Up
23rd annual event a huge success!

On Saturday, May 6, the ERC conducted its 23rd annual Clean Sweep event, and it was a huge success!

160 Bellevue Elementary School 3rd through 5th grade students, teachers, and parents kicked off the event Wednesday, May 3, cleaning along the bike path from their school to POWER Engineers.

Then, on Saturday, over 200 community members of all ages came out to clean up our cities and trails.  In total, 1,200+ lbs of trash were picked up.  Thank you to all who came out and did their part in encouraging a healthier community and more beautiful environment!

Congratulations to Cox Communications, Clean Sweep's 2017 business winner, who had the most event participants and picked up the most trash.

Thank you also to our incredible volunteers: Peggy Dean, Barbara Hurlbutt, Keefer Reynolds, Linda Lynch, Judy Cahill, Teresa Lipman, Carolyn Parker, Nancy and Inez Linscott, Gail Wenger, Kate O'Brien, Kingsley Murphy, and Mike Schlatter.

Clean Sweep would not be possible without generous support from community sponsors! Thank you! We'll see you next year!
YOU are the ERC!

Our work is not possible without you, so we are incredibly grateful for your support!
