Lots of fun and exciting stuff is coming up at Progress Fitness Center this summer! We created monthly newsletters to help our members stay informed!

REMINDER: Memorial Day Hours

*Normal hours and classes will resume on Tuesday 5/31.

"Variety Pack" Class for June:
Wednesday 8:35AM Variety Pack class will be "Beach Ball Body" for the entire month of June with Beth! 

Stability ball training constantly incorporates core work to strengthen & lengthen your whole body! Use the stability ball in every way imaginable to remind you of playground games, weight lifting & yoga. 

Class space is limited. Sign up at the front desk to reserve your spot or BYOBall!

** New group fitness schedules are available for pickup at the front desk.
Mark your calendar! Progress Fitness is hosting a cookout with great food & fun games on June 18th from 1-5 PM to show our appreciation for all our members and friends. Invite your friends, family, and neighbors. All are welcome! 
Club hours will change for the Summer:
  • Monday - Thursday: 5:00AM- 10:00PM
  • Friday - 5:00AM- 8:00PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 7:00AM - 5:00PM
* New hours will begin after Memorial Day. Normal hours will return in September.
