Sweetly Vintage

5/5/2025

Member of the Week

Sweetly Vintage was a brainstorm of Randy and Keri Barton. They wanted to bring an upscale antique-boutique to Sterling and make a dream come true. The store began as an antique/thrift store with 13 vendors in November 2020. Their vendors enabled the store to get started and allowed them to get their feet on the ground. As vendor spaces became available, they were able to bring in new products such as salsa, seasonings, soups, gifts, home decor, and more antiques.

Years ago, their building was the old Sterling Mercantile, the Gold Bond Stamp Store, and Carol's Chair Boutique. The property is owned by Tony Marin.

Jill Dreher is one of the founding vendors of 2020. In 2024, she became a partner with Keri and Randy.

Sweetly Vintage has been blessed this year with some great updates to the building. New flooring, windows, heating and air conditioning all have been wonderful improvements in their location. Thanks to the Sterling Urban Renewal Authority, Logan County Arts League, Nate Laybourn, Logan County Chamber, and Tony Marin, Sweetly Vintage were able to have a mural painted featuring a part of Sterling Railroad history that is located on the east side of the building, next to the depot.

Sweetly Vintage loves being a part of downtown Sterling and is looking forward to the future. They remembered where they started and didn't come this far to only come this far. If you have not been into Sweetly Vintage, please stop by and see what all they have to offer. Sweetly Vintage offers antiques, gifts, home décor and more. They consider their store an antique/gift boutique where you can find old or new items.

Stop by & visit with the friendly faces of Sweetly Vintage at located at 108 Main in downtown Sterling, Colorado. Call them at 970-425-2112 or find them on facebook.com/people/Sweetly-Vintage/100063706202826/.
