Stronger U Nutrition Program
We announced it last month, but we're still so excited that we're gonna keep talking about it! We have partnered with Stronger U Nutrition to
be our exclusive nutrition coaching program!

Rookie To Race - we're in week 3 of the program!
Our Rookie to Race program is in week 3 and already huge progress has been made! We cannot wait for them to finish their first triathlon on June 9th! For some this is the starting point to a lifelong journey of triathlon. For some, they will do a Half Ironman in a year (in 2019) as well as a Full Ironman in two years (in 2020).

Congrats to our finishers at both the Ironman 70.3 Texas and Ironman Texas events.

Hard work and dedication made this moment possible! Congrats to our incredible triathletes!

OCR Team prepping for Spartan Sprint
Our OCR team is busy training to prepare for the Spartan Sprint on Sunday, May 20. Wish them luck!

They are working on skills such as spear throws, rope climbs, bucket carries and so much more in order to be ready for race day. Check out our FB photos for all the pics of their awesomeness!
