MAY 2022 NEWSLETTER
Mental Health Awareness Month
Living in a tiny motel room with no privacy, deciding which bill is the most important to pay, and dealing with racist and discriminatory housing practices are just a few of the stressors that some of our clients are faced with daily.
Mental health is not exclusive to just our clients. We are all on our own mental health journey and employee wellness is a value of ours at Lydia Place. We value each other as humans first. We know that the best outcomes for our clients and our community are achieved when our team is healthy and thriving.

We invite you to take 5 minutes to relax and reflect through this guided meditation by a Lydia Place Mental Health Clinician. It is a quick and easy way to practice self-care almost anywhere.
Wondering how you can show your support for Lydia Place on the daily? You’re in luck!

Introducing our brand-new online merchandise shop! There are so many great options that are made-to-order and will ship directly to your door.

All proceeds from the sale of our merch go toward supporting our housing, mental health, and parenting programs.
