May Important Dates:

-May & June tuition was processed today, May 1.

-Costume & Ticket Pick-up: May 19th (10:00am-12:00pm & 6:00pm-8:00pm) and May 20th (10:30am-12:30pm). All balances must be paid. Only the parent(s) listed on the account will be allowed to pick up the costume(s). Parent signature will be required. *Costumes CANNOT be picked up on class days during class times.

-Very important for recital season: We use the Remind app to send important reminders and information. Please sign up for text reminders here if you are new to SOF or do not receive our texts.

-Please make all efforts to have your dancer in class! Attendance is pertinent as we near recital!

Saturday Practice Information

Some classes will have extra practices on a few Saturdays to help prepare for the recital. Many of these classes are a part of production pieces or combined dances. Attendance is crucial and mandatory so dancers are able to practice with the group as a whole.

RECITAL LOCATION: Julie Rogers Theatre

DATES & TIMES:

Staging Day: Monday, June 12, 2023, at 9:00am
Each class will have approximately 10 minutes allotted for staging. See the schedule below.
Dress Rehearsal Day: Monday, June 12, 2023, at 4:00pm
Recital: Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at 5:00pm

STAGING & REHEARSAL DAY: Participation is MANDATORY to dance in recital.

Capture memories of your precious dancer this recital season!

A wonderful local photographer, Lovely Adventures & Co, will be offering mini sessions on Sunday, June 11, at her studio in Beaumont (2665 North Street) and on Monday, June 12, at Julie Rodgers Theatre. Nicolette, the owner, is a Steps of Faith alumni and has many years of dance experience that she is now able to capture through photography!

If you choose a time slot on Monday, please check the staging schedule and make sure your photoshoot time doesn't interfere with your dancer's assigned staging time.

For payment, Lovely Adventures & Co accepts cash, check, or Venmo before the session. All parents can expect their photos within 4 weeks or sooner.

Attendance Policy:

Attendance is crucial during recital season!

Students missing more than 3 classes during recital season (January to June) may not be able to participate in recital!

If your child is unable to attend class, please notify the office through email, call, text, or Facebook message.
