Dear Friends of The CARE Center,
As this month comes to a close, we’re reminded of the strength and generosity surrounding us. This season has been filled with hopeful energy, intentional planning, and the steady encouragement of people like you, our partners in this work.
Two of our proudest moments this year include celebrating our 2025 high school graduates, especially those awarded scholarships through The CARE Center, and cheering on four of our adult learners as they received their GED certificates during their graduation ceremony. These incredible students from Madison County and New Hope High Schools, along with our determined adult learners, have shown resilience, heart, and a deep commitment to their futures. We’re honored to invest in their next chapters and can’t wait to see all they’ll accomplish.
We’re now gearing up for a full summer of impact. Our team is preparing for a variety of summer camps throughout June, offering kids in our community a safe, enriching, and joy-filled environment where they can learn, grow, and simply be kids. A huge thank you to everyone who participated in our Summer Snack Drive to ensure that our campers will be well-fed! Please join us in praying for our staff, volunteers, and campers that this summer will be one of connection, discovery, and lasting memories.
Finally, don’t forget that planning is well underway for our Gregg Berens Memorial “I Golf Because I CARE” Tournament on October 17. The response so far has been amazing, and we’d love to have you join us- whether as a sponsor, volunteer, or golfer. It’s always a meaningful day that helps power our programs throughout the year. Sponsor and team registration details are below.
Thank you for walking alongside us. Your kindness, your prayers, and your belief in a stronger Southeast Madison County continue to drive this mission forward.
Here’s to a summer of service, celebration, and continued impact!
Blessings,
