Rose Stark, Street Outreach Coordinator, has won the 2022 Direct Service Award! This June, she will be honored at the VOA National Conference! Rose has been part of the VOA team since 2016 and has had a rapport with youth since day one. As her nominators stated, "She has taken her lived experience and turned it into a real passion, shaping her approach to the work and making her more trustworthy to the youth she meets on the street." Congratulations Rose!
