Have you heard of the New England Board of Higher Education's "Tuition Break" program? Formerly known as the Regional Student Program (RSP), this special program enables students who are residents of New England to enroll at out-of-state New England public colleges and universities at a discounted tuition rate.
For example, a student residing in Massachusetts and pursuing an approved program at University of New Hampshire, would be able to get a tuition break. This means that instead of paying the regular "out-of-state" tuition rate, with NEBHE's Tuition Break, the cost would be thousands less.

Expanding our Services
We’re expanding our services beyond grades 9 through 12 to include younger students who are completing their 8th grade year. Typically, the end of 8th grade is when students meet with their guidance counselors about which classes to choose for high school. This is the beginning of their high school foundation. By becoming involved early on, PCCI can ensure that students are enrolled in the appropriate classes as Freshman so they start out on the right path. This is especially important if they are changing from public to private or vice versa, as class availability and levels may differ.
