What's going on in our parks?

  • Mom and Me Tea is sold out! Thank you to everyone who RSVP'd; we look forward to seeing you this first Saturday of May!

  • The Maker's Market is coming up quick! Do you like handmade items or are you looking for something you just can't find in stores? Oooh, you're going to love this! Gateway Park will host a Maker's Market on Saturday, June 24th, from 11am to 3pm! Shop for amazing handmade, artist crafted items, independently sold items, and maybe have a bite to eat at a food truck or two!

  • The Splash Pad is opening! Need a break from the summer heat? Come cool off at the Splash Pad at Gateway Park! This fun feature is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend with hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 7 days a week. The Splash Pad is weather dependent and may be closed during heavy wind or rain and will always be closed in the event of thunder and/or lightening.

  • Get ready for our Summer Solstice Gnome Hunt! When spring turns into summer at the end of June, you might start to notice little ceramic gnomes all around our parks, coming out of their gnome homes for the sunny summer weather. More details to come about our community-wide scavenger hunt...keep your eyes peeled!

  • Big thanks to those who came out to Gateway Park for Parks Appreciation Day! Our awesome volunteers conquered the pesky Scotch Broom, and our picnic tables have never looked better!

Thank you to The Mustard Seed Project!

At the end of March, we packed up 4000 hollow Easter eggs and brought them to The Mustard Seed Project, where a wonderful group of volunteers filled them all with candy for our Egg Hunt event (on April 8th). You all made the kids who came to fill their baskets very happy!
