We Are Oglesby

May 2023 Newsletter

April was a busy month for us and the wonderful city of Oglesby!

First, we want to welcome our new and returning city council members: Mayor: Jason Curran; Commissioners: Richard Baldridge, Terry Eutis, Greg McDermott, and Tony Stefanelli. We look forward to seeing the changes that the passing of the torches will bring and wish you all success.

Another reason to celebrate this month is Mothers Day 💐May 14th. We wish all those in mom roles get to have exactly the kind of day they wish for!

Big things are coming for all the new graduates 🎓 as well! Congratulations to all the local graduates of Oglesby Washington, Holy Family, L-P, St. Bede, and IVCC. We hope you embrace the journey you are on!

Please see the dates 📆below for the new events we have planned for Oglesby to enjoy in the coming weeks!  We still have open spots for volunteers on all of our ventures and we would love to have you join us.  The team at We Are Oglesby looks forward to seeing everyone!
