Top 5 ‘Sold Over List’ (May 2022)

This month’s top ‘Sold Over List’ data showcases the largest differences between list prices and sold prices for single-family residential properties from May 2022 for properties that RMLS tracks.

Below are two ‘Top 5’ charts, one for properties listed under $1.5 million, and one for properties listed for over $1.5 million.

Free Well Testing

The Oregon Health Authority is pleased to announce the availability of funds to continue providing free private well testing vouchers to property owners impacted by the 2020 wildfires.

Even if your well was not damaged or if it has been repaired, testing the water is an important step in recovering your property.

Applications are open through May, 2023. More information and applications are online: https://go.usa.gov/xAycC

Eligibility Criteria

The property was impacted by the 2020 wildfires
The well water is used for things like drinking, bathing, cooking, and washing dishes
The well is not part of a regulated water system

SentriLock Lockbox Statistics

For the week ending June 12, 2022, these charts show the number of times RMLS subscribers opened SentriLock lockboxes in Washington and Oregon. Activity increased last week in Washington and in Oregon.

Lockbox Purchase and Buyback

You can order lockboxes from RMLS, available for pickup at our offices or shipment to the location of your choice. We also offer curbside delivery at our Portland, OR, Vancouver, WA and Eugene, OR offices.

RMLS will also pay $75 for every undamaged lockbox (the Bluetooth-enabled SentriLock variety only). Lockboxes must be in working order and can be dropped off at any RMLS office.
