We are writing to provide some updates that affect your advertising.
We know this is a stressful time, and we are incredibly grateful for your support.
We’re now moving forward with a re-formatted playbill/newsletter which will be sent to over 22,000 email addresses in early July. This online publication will mirror our typical playbill format and include all playbill advertisements (with links to your business) and all of our usual donor and sponsor recognition.
We can’t wait to see you and our audiences again. That’s the bottom line for us.
Until then, here's what you can expect:
If you have already submitted a 2020 ad contract, we will place
in our 2020 digital playbill/newsletter
whether or not you have paid for your ad.
for your 2020 ad,
you have two choices
- Roll-over your payment toward an ad in our 2021 playbill. (Your 2021 ad price will be locked in at 2020 rates.)
- Donate all or a portion of your payment as a tax-deductible contribution. Donating the cost of your ad will not only help us weather this challenging time but we'll also highlight your ad in our online publication designating you as an advertising donor.
If you’d like to change your 2020 ad graphic, that’s no problem. Even though our modified
ad deadline of May 27th has passed, we can still accept ads through June 10th.
We will keep figuring out how to lift spirits and make things work until we’re able to have a gloriously fun, joyful reunion with all of you.
