Yoga Series
We have two new yoga series open for registration:

Vinyasa Flow - all levels are welcome to this more physical practice where you will connect breath with faster paced movements for a great workout! Mondays, 5:30-6:30 pm 5/9-7/11 via Zoom.

Mindful Movement - our continued Mindful Movement series will help participants relax, stretch, and strengthen muscles in this guided class appropriate for all levels. Wednesdays, 12:00-1:00 pm 5/11-6/29 via Zoom.

Hydration Challenge

We all know keeping water intake at adequate levels is important, but do you know how much water you actually take in every day? Join us for a simple 4-week hydration challenge to learn more about your current water intake, why adequate water intake is important, and strategies to improve your intake. Every week, participants will fill out a virtual water-intake log for a chance to win a hydration related prize.

The challenge takes place entirely via a Virtual log sent to you weekly starting 5/9 - Register here!
IMPORTANT
Program Interest Survey
In an effort to keep our programs relevant and interesting to you, we would love your feedback regarding a few new topics. The following survey asks about programs on men's/women's health, running and walking groups, environmental health, and more. The survey should take no longer than 2 minutes to complete.

On-Demand Resources
Ergonomics
The health and comfort of your work environment can have a large impact on productivity and job satisfaction. Ergonomics is the study of the relationship of people and their work environment. Many of us spend our days at computers, and so a proper workstation set up can make all the difference in how you feel throughout the day.

Tips on setting up your workstation and individual assessment requests are available through CWRU Environmental Health and Safety Services. Learn more here.
Lactation Rooms
Continuing to breastfeed and pump, for as long as possible, is a great gift for mother and baby. Lactation Rooms are available in many different campus locations. Feel free to reach out to Elizabeth Click with any questions about these university resources..

Please check out this page for information on locations and storage options. There is also a campus map to help you locate the room closest to you.
