Fentanyl Awareness Event with Retired DEA Agent
Harper Teen Center hosted an eye-opening presentation titled "The Truth About Fentanyl." This free event was geared toward 6th to 12th graders and featured retired DEA Special Agent Rocky Herron.
Rocky provided invaluable insights on how to keep oneself and others safe from drugs, delivering a highly informative session. We were fortunate to have Rocky at our facility, educating our youth on the dangers of drugs and promoting safety and awareness.

As the founder behind STEM2Leaf, Naythan has developed tailored science and tech programs and leads weekly robotics workshops at our Clubs. Thank you for your commitment!

Next-Gen Engineers
Youth in Robotics Club designed and programmed hammer robots capable of performing various tasks, including demolition. This project required meticulous engineering and programming, utilizing four motors and a specialized design. Next month, they’ll be customizing their robots and gearing up for an epic battle bot competition!

COMMOTION Rocks The Stage
On May 5th, 2024, Youth Arts Academy hosted its spectacular 14th Annual Fundraiser and Youth Rock Concert at the iconic Music Box in San Diego. Sponsored by Fawkes Engineering, the event was a thrilling evening that showcased the incredible talents of 44 performers, including eight dynamic rock bands, three standout private lesson students, and eight dedicated Student Advisory Board Members. The atmosphere was electric, with 145 fans filling the venue to enjoy the live music and vibrant performances.
The evening was filled with excitement, featuring a range of raffle prizes and two stunning silent auction guitars. A highlight of the night was the recognition of four exceptional students for their outstanding fundraising efforts. Their dedication and hard work were celebrated with special prizes, generously donated by Dan Moore.
