Greetings, YMCA Friends.

Like so many others, the impact of the pandemic has changed our YMCA in ways we could not have foreseen. We are re-building our teams, our programs and facilities back in new ways that serve our community's most urgent needs for healthy living, youth development and social responsibility. And we need YOU.

CELEBRATING SENIORS! NATIONAL SENIOR HEALTH & FITNESS DAY® MAY 26
We're welcoming Seniors age 55 and older for a day of good health on May 26 with Senior Citizens Activities Network - SCAN and Ocean County YMCA! Join us virtually or in person at YMCA locations in Old Bridge, Red Bank, Freehold and Toms River for free fitness and brain health fun. Registration is required at www.bit.ly/seniorday21. All participants receive a one-week pass to SCAN and their closest YMCA.

Our YMCA Counseling & Social Services team is here for all with safe, confidential services that strengthen individuals and families. If your need is immediate, see these community resources and hotlines in times of crisis and healing.

SUMMER CAMP CLEANUP
Roll up your sleeves for our next YMCA Togetherhood® volunteer event! Join us this Saturday, May 15, 9am-1pm at YMCA Camp Zehnder to help get ready for kids this summer.
