CELEBRATING SENIORS! NATIONAL SENIOR HEALTH & FITNESS DAY® MAY 26
We're welcoming Seniors age 55 and older for a day of good health on May 26 with Senior Citizens Activities Network - SCAN and Ocean County YMCA! Join us virtually or in person at YMCA locations in Old Bridge, Red Bank, Freehold and Toms River for free fitness and brain health fun. Registration is required at www.bit.ly/seniorday21. All participants receive a one-week pass to SCAN and their closest YMCA.

Roll up your sleeves for our next YMCA Togetherhood® volunteer event! Join us this Saturday, May 15, 9am-1pm at YMCA Camp Zehnder to help get ready for kids this summer.
