Rainbow Days in the News!
Check out this moving news story featuring Rainbow Days !

During this challenging time in the world and in our community, many children and families rely on Rainbow Days' critical services, particularly our Project Hope food program for low-income families. Thank you to Candace Sweat at NBC DFW for featuring one very special family we serve and highlighting Rainbow Days' current impact in the community .
Community Connection Spotlight
Last week, our Community Connection team distributed 300 goody bags to youth and families at W.E. Greiner Exploratory Arts Academy , a Dallas ISD fine arts academy and middle school located in the Oak Cliff area. To distribute these bags, the team partnered with Greiner's Leadership Cadet Corps (LCC) Program staff members, who are a great asset to the Greiner community and continue to help Rainbow Days make an impact in students' lives.

These goody bags, which were custom-designed by Robert from the Community Connection team, were filled with items to support youth and bring them a little joy during a difficult time . Each bag contained snacks, candy, gel pens, notepads, and copies of Rainbow Days' signature " Sunshine and Cloud " activity.
Family Connection Spotlight
Our Family Connection team is currently preparing care packages to distribute to an estimated 600 children who are living in our partnering shelters, motels, transitional living and other homeless-serving sites. The kits contain tangible items, school supplies and arts activities as well as social-emotional learning resources from Rainbow Days' Curriculum-Based Support Group (CBSG®) curricula. The purpose of these kits is to enrich homeless children's lives and support their development during these challenging times they are experiencing.
