COVID-19: How We are Responding

During this challenging and unpredictable time, we remain committed to delivering safe, reliable, and affordable electricity.

We are also committed to doing everything in our power to keep our customers, employees, and the public safe and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our office and Community Room will remain closed to the public until the Governor's Executive Order is lifted.

Late fees and disconnections for non-payment have been temporarily suspended. We have expanded the criteria for our assistance program.

Any updates to this situation will be posted to our COVID-19 web page.

Please stay safe and healthy.

Remind Kids About the Dangers of Electricity

May is National Electric Safety Month and we want your kids to stay safe around electricity.

Please remind your kids to stay away from all power lines, substations, and other electrical equipment.

Here are more tips you can share to help stay safe.

Cool Down with a Heat Pump this Summer

Heat pumps can provide heating at a fraction of the cost of electric baseboard and wall heaters.

They can also provide cooling for your home during the warmer summer months.

We offer rebates on both ductless heat pumps and ducted central system heat pumps for customers with electric heat.

Donate Blood on June 8

We are hosting an American Red Cross Blood Drive in our Community Room on June 8.

During this time of worldwide need, the American Red Cross urges donors who are feeling healthy and well to donate to maintain the blood supply for patients who rely on life-saving transfusions.

The Red Cross is increasing precautions to help eliminate the spread of COVID-19. Schedule your appointment today using sponsor code SaintHelens.

Did You Know?

We hosted two American Red Cross blood drives in 2019 that collected a combined 58 units of blood, which can help save up to 174 lives.
