Aurora Police Officers and Mayor Irvin during the 2017 Cop on a Rooftop Fundraiser at the Dunkin' Donuts
THERE IS GREAT POLICING HAPPENING HERE : Happy National Police Week! We salute our fine men and women of the Aurora Police Department. On Friday, May 18, Aurora police officers will participate in the annual COP ON A ROOFTOP Fundraiser for Special Olympics. From 5 a.m. to 1 p.m., APD officers will be taking donations in exchange for a coupon for a free doughnut. Donations of at least $10 will receive a travel mug (while supplies last) and a coupon for a free medium coffee. Participating Dunkin’ Donuts in Aurora are located at: 1255 N. Farnsworth Avenue, 1237 N. Eola Road, 2112 W. Galena Boulevard, 2681 E. New York Street and 2380 S. Eola Road. 

Last year, the Aurora Police Department raised more than $11,000 for Special Olympics!
