Hello to all of our Parade Loving Residents and Surrounding Communities,

Spring is in the air and we will be having our Little League Parade tomorrow, Saturday, April 5.  Lineup begins at 9:30am, marching to follow at 10:00am. We will march from Suffern Village Hall, around the monument to Lafayette Avenue and down to Chestnut Street where we will make a left and proceed down to the ballfields. If it rains, we will meet at the Suffern Community Center and have fun bragging about who will be the champions at the end of the season. I must admit I feel all the kids are champions and I am excited for the season. I would like to thank all of the community volunteers who donate their time to help to keep Suffern and the surrounding communities fun and safe for all.

Also, this Saturday the Village is hosting a bus trip to the play MJ in NYC. Tickets are sold out at this time; I wish all ticketholders a fun and safe trip to Broadway.

You still have time to submit your Spring Coloring entry to the Recreation Department. Winners will be announced and prizes awarded at our Easter Egg Hunt scheduled for Saturday, April 12.

Our Kids Zone event will take place during the spring break. Mark your calendars for Wednesday, April 16 and Thursday, April 17 to enjoy jumpy castles, a movie, pizza, ice cream sundaes, snacks and more!

The Great American Clean-Up event is April 26, and the rain date is April 27. All the details of these events are listed below. Please join us and volunteer for any amount of time to help wth the "Suffern Clean-up".

I wish you a safe weekend and look forward to seeing you at our events.

Best Regards, Mayor Curley
