Angel joined Maloney + Novotny (formerly Wolf, Rogers, and Dickey) in the fall of 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Angel worked in both private industry and public accounting. Angel has experience in providing a variety of business and tax services. She helps small businesses plan for the future by offering accounting and tax planning strategies that will save them money and increase their profits.
Angel brings to Maloney + Novotny the firsthand knowledge of the difficulties of small business owners/CFOs trying to run a business and being pulled several directions at once. Using her six years of experience as a CFO of a privately held company, she can better understand the stresses of a business owner. Angel enjoys helping business owners and management understand how to streamline their accounting tasks to make them more efficient on training others to assume the daily accounting to lessen the business ownerâs day to day worries.
Angel obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1994 from the University of Cincinnati, College of Business Administration. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of CPAs. Angel also currently serves on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer for several Delaware nonâprofits: Grace Clinics of Ohio, Inc., Highpoint Community Outreach (founding director) and ConneXus Performing Arts Association, Inc.
