Campfire Hobo Stew
Each person can customize this meal with items he likes, and kids can make their own dinners.
The key to success is adding butter and a little bit of liquid in the foil packaging. Hobo Stew can be made while camping or put together before you leave and kept in a refrigerated cooler for up to 24 hours before baking.

Thrasher's Corner Sports Pub & Broiler
11th Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Thrasher's Corner Pub & Broiler will host its annual benefit golf tournament at Gleneagle Golf Course in Arlington, beginning 8:15 a.m. Saturday, July 20, with a shotgun start. 
Proceeds benefit Snohomish County Parks & Recreation's Helping Hands Program, which supports the department's youth programs and swim lessons for underprivileged children. 
*Open to all skill levels; team or solo*
$65 per person (includes greens fees, cart, prizes, & lunch at Thrasher's Corner Pub & Broiler)
Prizes awarded for winning team, longest drive, closest to the pin, ladies longest drive and ladies closest to the pin.

National Night Out Against Crime
Aug. 6, 5-8 p.m. at Willis Tucker Park


Join your neighbors and learn the latest in crime prevention during this year's National Night Out Against Crime event.

The NNO event is sponsored by the Snohomish County Executive Office in partnership with the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office, local police departments and area nonprofit organizations.

Be sure to attend and learn how to prevent crime in your neighborhood and hear what local law enforcement is doing to reduce crime and protect families.
